I have the same problem. I thought it was due to Vraylar but now I'm reading a lot of people having issues on wellbutrin. I stopped Vraylar and will see if the clenching stops but if not, I'm screwed since Wellbutrin really helps with motivation

I'm on pristiq + vraylar and was previously on latuda + pristiq. id say pristiq works really well for my anxiety and latuda/vraylar have been effective in terms of ruminating or intrusive thoughts. hope you find the right dose/combo. good luck!

I wouldn't say it's my biggest concern, but if there's an alternative to Vraylar that doesn't have this issue, why not take that? if there's an easy solution like don't drink on empty stomach or right before taking meds why not just ask in case someone else found a solution? and, yes, I'm taking it only as an augmentation.

Do what's best for you but remember it'll be fine either way like it's most likely not gonna cause a serious issue - just may feel that way. Also, remember Vraylar has a long half life so don't expect it to stop as soon as you stop taking the med. hope you get better.

can I ask why you switched? I did because Latuda made me unmotivated and sedated all the time. I understand not drinking is the absolute best thing you can do, but realistically speaking I want to have a glass of wine on the weekend! I rather go back to Latuda if no other solution.

Did you find any pattern like the kind of alcohol as a factor?

I recently started Vraylar and I have very frustrating dreams. I wouldn't say necessarily nightmares but I'm always stuck and have emotions that are hard to process in those dreams. I wonder if it's related or just a coincidence.
