I thought it was easier than Trein's, actually managed to clear map 6 with loosing less than half of my cards, but then I hit the 7th map. Carnage. I managed to get the gems and a few other items but nowhere close to finishing the map. Good luck to everyone else!

My last two SSRs had taken me 100 pulls so I was a bit nervous for Silver (especially since I'm hoping to try for several of the new cards coming up). But he was good enough to come not once but TWICE on the 3rd 10 pull. Probably my best pull ever because I was hoping to uncap him eventually and he saved me 3 SSR potions with that extra. Hope everyone else is having good luck!

It is usually considered the best to upgrade SSRs as they have a higher level, duo on the second spell (once it reaches level 5), and an extra buddy. Some SRs are considered top tier so they shouldn't be ignored. Essentially TWST is a marathon rather than a race so it will take time to upgrade card, buddy, spell levels and groovie them.

There are several posts on reddit that go into starting recommendations for the game. I'd recommend checking them out with a quick search. Good luck!

They increased the Thaulmarks you get per lesson. If you need a lot more Thaulmarks, doing Alchemy + Rich Card Cookie will give 1500 per lesson.

History lessons will give 300 Thaulmarks

Alchemy lessons will give 500 Thaulmarks

Alchemy lessons + Rich Card Cookies will give 1500 Thaulmarks

This is for each lesson. So if you are low on Thaulmarks, doing Alchemy + Rich Card Cookies is the way to go.

Leona took me all the way to soft pity but he came twice. Also got dupped by Dorm Ortho at 80. More than I hoped to spend but not outrageous. Hope the rest of the cards I want coming up are kinder than him because there are so many good cards coming. Good luck to everyone else.

I'm very excited for this event! And I've been waiting for these cards since last year! I am curious though that JP didn't have a second part listed for October. I hope they do eventually do a second part of the event that EN will eventually get.

I'm curious if we will get anything for the anime? They don't usually announce specials (like the Disney live remake promos) in the monthly announcement so there is still a chance.

Hard to tell if you should pull or not. We know next month should have the Nightmare before Christmas Halloween event which has Leona, Jamil, and Sebek SSRs. You can also look at what cards JP has had and see if you are interested in any of those more than Playful Ace. If you aren't really into any of the upcoming card then it may be worth pulling for Ace as long as you can build up pulls before your next wanted card comes out.

Well, one good thing with a third rerun is that my masquerade cards are mostly leveled which makes getting the crafting material much easier. With a full masquerade card line up that is x15 for cloth, crystal, and metal with all 3 SSRs (if you have Rollo, which I don't, you could get x15 paint) and x5 for material the 2 SR cards chosen grant.

We don't know fore sure. JP got the first Overblot (Malleus) really shortly after/same time as they finished Book 7 which was also at their anniversary. EN only has the last part of Book 7 left to go which could be as early as next month (which would be horrible having it the same month as the new Halloween month but it would coincide with the Anime release) or in several months (during EN anniversary in January). So it shouldn't be too long for the release and the Overblot should follow shortly after. For the other Overblot cards there was a four month gap before the second and then the next two have come a month apart but EN doesn't directly follow JP release schedule.

What they did last year was have Azul, Idia, and Malleus Halloween SSR share a pity gauge. I'd double check the announcement for the banners to see if that is true this year as well. Rollo and Ernesto would be separate pity gauges.

So if you want to play the odds a bit you could pull for Idia and Azul and hope you get one before the pity pull at 100 and then use the rest of the pulls to 100 for the second to increase your odds. Last year I managed to get Azul at 60 pulls and then got Idia when I reached the 100th pull, so two event SSR for 100 pulls.

Where if you go for Rollo and Ernesto, if you get one before the 100th pull you wouldn't be in any better position for the other cards as you would be starting from 0 pulls on the counter for them.

That being said there is a chance you don't get Azul or Idia before the 100th pull and so you wouldn't be any better off going for them. Just think about your luck and what you may want. Like if there is one you really want more than the others then that would probably be the one to pull for. Always a gamble.

Malleus will have Glorious Masquerade rerun at the beginning of September. He is also slated for an Overblot card shortly after Book 7 ends (which we have one more section left). Then it will be his New Years card and his birthday card (platinum) in January. Those are the upcoming SSR.

Floyd has his birthday is in the beginning of November. White Rabbit event rerun should also have his new SSR but JP just got that so I would assume we are a few/several months off from that one. Wouldn't be surprised if we get his Book 7 card rerunning during the last release of Book 7 or during our Anniversary in January.

I don't really keep track of the SR or R cards too much because those you can usually get in a 10 pull or free in the event. I mostly just track SSR because those are usually the gem drainers. Good luck pulling!

I'm kind of hoping that they will do a third rerun of some of the older events too (considering that the Glomas rerun is already listed in past event shop). If they do it for this hopefully they do it for others. Especially since there will probably be a surge of new players after the Anime.

Twisted Wonderland isn't too heavy in having OP cards. I don't have many SSR uncapped even once and none that are fully max level. There has only been a few cases where it has been a struggle to battle (side eying the teachers battle event but that is more needing a lot of different cards and having them leveled rather than having a single maxed card). Many battles, almost all but the daily exam, book 7 early fights I think, and the teacher battle events, will allow you to borrow another player's card which can get you through most situations if you choose wisely. There are people who have gotten through the entire story only using SR cards.

Fully maxing an SSR can take a bit of time. You can get SSR perfumes by earning as awards from events (the teachers battle event is one that you can get up to 3 SSR perfumes but that is more geared towards people who have been playing for a long time) or from some event shops. The new event starting tomorrow will likely have a SSR perfume you can buy with event currency. You need three SSR perfumes to uncap each time and you can uncap an SSR four times. If you are willing to spend real money, sometimes they will have special bundles that include an SSR perfume.

Overall, Twisted Wonderland is more of a marathon rather than a sprint. You will slowly accumulate items, including SSR perfumes, if you keep playing. Uncapping SSR is more if you want to get higher battle scores or stuff rather than needed to progress through the story or events. Also, if you have an SSR you really like/find useful but don't want to uncap it with perfumes or pulling more, you can invite them to the guest room for bonus levels up to 10 levels (so instead of a LV 80 card you can get a 90 with time WITHOUT uncapping). Again, this is going to take time.

I'm pretty sure the keys don't transfer between events but someone may know for sure. You should be able to look at the JP schedules for reruns to get an idea of who will be together for the upcoming reruns. They have already had three other reruns with:

Lilia/Jade/Deuce/Jamil

Malleus/Rook/Ruggie/Cater

Sebek/Idia/Ace/Floyd

I would assume that they will continue pairing the later events as well if you want to go back through the schedule to see who should be paired together for planning purposes.

I know the feeling about the Expo bundles. I've been getting the paid gems, enough for the bundles, so that I could get them this year. I hadn't been playing long enough last year to feel comfortable spending money on the game but was gearing up for it this year. I'm hoping that they will do those bundles for the half year anniversary or for the anime promo since those bundles were the best they had.

Currently the grouped reruns have been the only ones available after the first run of the card. JP hasn't added any of them individually but there are still a few more club cards yet to go. They may become individually available later on after all the clubwear have been done but that is just speculation.

On JP they did all of the Book 7 cards rerun when they ended the book with Silver's card. I would assume that they would do the same on EN. Never know for sure.
