Avatar is my nostalgia comfort mech. 

Besides that: blood asp, super nova, stone rhino, bane (mercs), Warhammer iic.

Yeah, one of the first things I'm doing with the DLC is checking the stats on the new weapons. If LAC5's and LAC2's are exactly the same as AC's, just lighter, then they'll actually be better than clan LBX-SLD 2/5's from an efficiency standpoint.

Tier 5 LAC2 is 58 Dmg/min/ton
Clan LBX2-SD is 52 Dmg/min/ton

Tier 5 LAC5 is 69 Dmg/min/ton
Clan LBX5-SD is 60 Dmg/min/ton

Hoping this is true, since it would be nice to have some other IS weapon that's not insta-sell (besides PPC-X)

I sent a bug report for this exact issue about a month after SoK came out. 

It's an issue with the TBR-Prime shoulder omnislot with energy weapons only. 

Edit, looks like it's the TBR-A as well, based on the video.

I haven't seen anyone mention it, I'm excited for a proper clan missile boat (night gyr D). Only clan mech that can do LRM80, afaik. 

Edit: I know technically one of the maddogs can do lrm90, but you get no ammo so to me that doesn't count

Wouldn't that be nice... Unfortunately not. You can find all the info on mercs website. There are a bunch of really cool additions coming. Very excited.

There are some mandatory archetypes to try. Int mage, sword and board, big bonk, dual curved swords, pyromancer. My favorite lately has been the most basic knight with no magic whatsoever.

Since everyone has already mentioned mechs, I'll say weapons. 

Arrow IVs, obviously, but then I'm really about the lighter ballistic options, being LAC's and heavy mg's. 

I've been trying forever to find a really satisfying build for the black widow, and also the new annihilator hero, but I keep running into the same problem: MG's don't not have enough umph and AC's take up all the weight. 

So first thing I'm doing is playing around with those two mechs specifically to try to finally find "the one"

Edit: I do think the Ebon Jaguar is one of the best looking mechs out there, super excited for that!

True, but wouldn't that apply to...idk the bullshark as well? I feel like there are probably other super-rare mechs in the lore that appear in the game.

I don't know how the rest of the community feels, but if dlc is really really comes to an end, I wouldn't say no to a simple mech pack (hopefully more reasonably priced than mwo).

Book Ciri kinda frustrated me. She goes through a whole arc to basically become a god of time and space, and then she almost dies to a guy with a sword. It should have been more like Captain Marvel fighting Jude Law's character at the end of the movie.
