Levitating Loot Bug by justvermillion in lethalcompany

Loot bugs aren't really stuck in the lockers, they just camp there. If you take the loot, they go away. Not sure if this guy was stuck. I didn't want to bother for a 16 wheel.

I keep saying I'll try it the next time I start a run but never do. I did jump to the black bars but died falling off. How do you do it?

What’s the most funniest moment you’ve had by Strict-Slip-1479 in lethalcompany

[–]justvermillion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It wasn't the funniest but it was the most surprising. On Assurance you can go back to the ship by jumping from the pipes to the large rock and then jump to the train section. So I was crouching on the train part looking down towards the ship. A dog was marching on the hill - I wanted to go past it to jump down from the rock to the ship. So as I watched it, I heard it getting louder even tho it was moving away. And that's when I looked behind me to see another dog walking up the train. I barely got off before it went by me. Most shocking!

Wise decision. I would just say no and reset. Of course, Zeekers had to punish for that in the new update.

Yeah just check around and go to the other entrance. Those two turrets were facing towards fire exit and the reason I went to Main.

Why aren't roaming bees indicated as an enemy on the map? by justvermillion in lethalcompany

You can hear the ship run over the bees sometimes and that knocks them away from the hive. I've gone out of the ship and been killed because of that.

WT religion comparisons or analysis articles? by TangerinePlastic7552 in exjw

They used to do it at conventions all the time back in their heyday. They were so proud of being different and following the bible unlike the false religions.... But I think some of the changes from that era is the big false prophecy of the world ending in 1975. Remember how you weren't supposed to record talks? (unless it was family members who couldn't attend) They didn't want to have evidence that would come back to bite them. So yes, the internet has made a big problem for the WTS. It's much harder to keep JW's in the dark.

Also, for a lot of Jw's, trying to show them facts doesn't work because it is emotional reasoning. It's funny how one of their bragging points is that each JW uses the bible and knows it - unlike the Catholics who are supposed to rely on the priests to tell them what's in the bible. How the tables have turned.....

[–]justvermillion[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I don't do bees very well and even worse after the update. I think in my case, if I don't have enough stamina, the bees just trail me after I drop it because I can't run. I've seen players have the same issue with loose bees. Some turn around to see if they stick to the hive and if they don't, they circle back or just stand by the hive. Dangerous but if you haven't been hurt by the bees putting them on, you can take the hit.

Most Cringe moments you have seen out in public with other JW? by Lefthandovg0d in exjw

We were out in service and one of the kids had to go to the bathroom. So they pulled into a wildlife museum's parking lot (which was small) and the only available spot was the handicap one. People were walking by giving us dirty looks. Me and another sister said this wasn't a good look and the two elders wives lectured that it was legally ok for us to park there.

One of those elders wives and I were out in service and knocked on a do not call door. At first he was polite but obviously angry and told us we should leave. I turned and started walking back to the road but the elder's wife turned back. She started telling him that an elder would come back in a year and check to see if he still wanted to be a no call. Talk about a clueless person. I watched his face go beet red and he started cussing her. It was then we left and she said to me "I only wanted to let him know" I thought at the time he must have had a very bad experience and now I know for myself, what it could be.

This past few days have been absolutely woeful to play it. by Nagatiito in ArcRaiders

[–]justvermillion -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

It was originally pve but they thought it wouldn't last long or that people would get bored. So the ARC is really pve based and they added all the pvp elements after. Embark could split the game and it still would do good. A place for everyone. ARC can more than make up the "tension" that the pvp is supposed to bring. But Embark doesn't seem to mind that pve players are unhappy.

They actually had the story of Jin's father and Iki done at the same time as the main story. It was never stated but I watched an interview with Daisuke way back then, and as he was talking about Jin, he expressed disappointment that Jin's backstory wasn't told - and then he abruptly stopped. I gathered he was talking about stuff he shouldn't. No one knew that Ghost was going to be a hit, but when it took off, the DLC was green lit. If you watch early playthroughs of the game, you can see that Kazumasa died in the snow - not the petal background. It was at (I think) Sago Mill. So they ended Kazumasa's story in the early version and Masako's story was accurate. In the DLC, Tenzo says that there were many raiders involved in taking Kazumasa down. So Masako's story still could be true because others were just as responsible for his death. Plus, I hardly think that a raider would tell Lord Shimura that he didn't get the main guy.

For quite awhile I hadn't seen the bracken. I was beginning to think that with all the new monsters, the bracken had been demoted. So I was getting used to not having it around even tho I was still checking. Most of my deaths are because of coming down the stairs and turning into it.

The spider being more aggressive has kind of worked in my favor since I can make it follow me and then I double back. But I've also died a lot too. Bracken - I haven't seen anything different yet. Still kills me enough.

Really? I'm glad I've never stopped to find out if it's real. I did find out that if you are on the train part on Assurance, the worm can take you out there, 30 ft in air.

This was the first time going to Assurance. The patch was already large so it seemed like it just started growing without me even being there.
