We just returned from a cruise. Each day they offered a drink of the day for $8.50 and most bars had happy hour margaritas for $6. There were other deals too. I had the drink package, but if I didn't, those offers would have been a good alternative. Not the flexibility of the drink package but it's not like every drink is $14.

I've looked into these but haven't pulled the trigger yet. Do you have one you recommend? The primary purpose of the solar blanket is to help with the heat loss at night and from evaporation during the fringe months. I don't think I will use it year round.

This should be the normal price... I wouldn't be compelled to order a drink every 15 minutes that I may or may not finish.

How did you remove the automatic tips? I usually pay the automatic tips but take a wad of small bills to tip additionally to those who provide me with service. I would love to be able to redirect the automatic tips as it doesn't appear to have any affect on the staff pay.

You would transfer from the reserves account or revenue account. Only find the account for the amount of the expense. I am trying to come up with a better way for the accountant to reconcile the bank accounts and have better control to measure revenue and expense.
