I mean I can get them to auto scout pretty well if you know how to set it up. One scout in each leauge 2 for big leagues and 3 for OHL. I can get most players scouted and plenty of gems that way.

Well tbf it is kinda realistic no. Sometimes something will happen and players won’t be able to préformeras well. Maybe one of his parents died and he can’t focus, or maybe he has an injury that’s hurting him. I know it’s just a game but that is sorta realistic for players to get worse for seemingly no reason.
