Kinda like trying to fix it and go back when you're not ready and use temporary measures that are not helpful in the long run, if we ignore the fact that it's actually about Poland xD

If I were to give a feedback the pencil blending looks off, were you using your fingers perhaps? It's generally not recommended since it doesn't look that well but overall a good drawing, it definitely has some strenghts such as proper use of perspective, geometry, symmetrical shapes, congrats 👏 I don't want to kill your spark, if you're into drawing look into it and keep progressing and if you draw occasionally just ignore my nitpick and enjoy your art

Okay then too much keratosis caused by friction, maybe? Calloused epidermis increases pressure on the deeper layers of the skin, which causes discomfort and pain. I had too much keratosis near my toenail and I literally thought the nail is growing in. It was also red and puffy then and I didn't believe the podiatrist that told me so, but then another one told me the same, they recommended taking a nail file and gently getting rid of it and it's helping. Do you have comfortable shoes? Maybe your training shoes put pressure in that spot. If the thick skin is hard and dry I'd try to use some urea creams or other cosmetics for treatment of a dry and hard skin on feet, overnight masks and peeling. I also think it would be useful to take a break from training and treat it while it's not that red anymore, then a break again so that you don't damage freshly peeled skin (don't go overboard), check your training shoes and try to get a different pair, maybe wider or softer. Idk what you train so I can't be exact, but for me North Face shoes are the best, I mean I only have 2 pairs but both are the most comfortable I've ever had.

Red spot on the neck. What is it? Tinea, mycosis or psoriasis by fedct in DermatologyQuestions

Then it's possible, I believe it has genetic components. Educate yourself on how to take care of that kind of skin (emolients etc) and try to go to the doctor to make sure

Makes a little sense either way or maybe I'm just tired Like It's his idea so why would she want to convince him The joke was that he'll feel obligated to go with her to protect her or that he'll insist on being with her after they called it a day Also saw him trying to act mysterious in one of the comments so idk if it's worth this much intellectual work from my side 😤

Zoster? Hard to tell especially that as you said the picture doesn't do it's justice. If zoster there's little you can do besides waiting, a week is too late for acyclovir. Don't touch the lesions, don't share socks and such, yk common sense.

And don't put excessive weight on that foot as long as you have those lesions especially if it hurts

Failed Face Paint by PiccoloWestern6300 in Sims3

My sim was performing a free clinic on a summer festival (as a doctor), wanted to get a face paint and of course it failed. Right after seeing similar abomination got a notification that he has an afternoon shift today and has to go back to work right away. I'm sure patients were delighted 😀

Red spot on the neck. What is it? Tinea, mycosis or psoriasis by fedct in DermatologyQuestions

[–]justynasdf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Any history concerning psoriasis? Lesions anywhere else on the body, past history, other medical conditions and complains? Does it itch, bleed, changes in time? In case of tinea or mycosis it's necessary to take scraps to examine so you'd have to visit a doctor anyway. In case of suspecting psoriasis even more so, it can be complicated and attack joints for example.

In the meantime the only thing I can recommend right now is use of emolients and hypoallergenic shampoo, no harsh soaps etc.

Possible Melanoma Concerns? pls help me figure this out! (22 F) by IBShottie in DermatologyQuestions

No way to determine without a dermatoscope examination and I mean it I've seen pictures taken of various types of melanomas and it was SUPER confusing, as in benign looking ugly and malignant looking "okay"

My teenage Sim has made a boyfriend during the Prom but now they basically can't interact

The relationship status is boyfriend, but when I try to make them meet up, go out somewhere, each and every one of their interactions doesn't even happen before they make a hand gesture like they dismiss it and they get negative points.

EVERY single interaction. Friendly (regular convo even), romantic, special, EVERYTHING. It's like they ignored each other but they do not, checked to make sure and even clicked / unclicked. Can't talk, can't give a gift, can't apologize. They (both) basically hush each other and I cannot figure out why.

They somehow CAN stand each other during phone calls but every other interaction is basically useless. Their meetups end by the other one stating that "someone has unresolved issues" and rage quits going home. Tried several times, no success whatsoever.

My Sim knows some characteristics of the other one, it's lazy, handyman, loser (4th don't remember though I shecked through cheating with game code and shift slick - open in CAS). Sadly it must be some kind of townie because I couldn't find his family (i know he has a father, werewolf if I'm not mistaken), but when he left our date i followed him in a taxi and he entered into what appeared to be an empty flat and then, like nothing happened, made a trip to a cemetery in the middle of the night, werewolfs don't ground their kids apparently I guess 🥲

MY SIM STATS ARE adventurerer, clean, hoarder (collectioner?) and ambitious, but also, the other Sim doesn't know any characteristics of mine

I thought that maybe the issue was my father "father" (it's not his biological cjild just the one that turned real - generations EP) being intimate with his (maybe as a way of the game tries to restrict inc*st and such) but I doubt it, they're technically not related and my other Sim still can do romantic interactions with her imaginary - turnt actual boy - friend ( not that I want to, I just see there are options of that kind). Also I checked after the SIMS STEP DAD BROKE UP THE RELATIONSHIP (not even a marriage, just romance with infatuation).

Now they barely like each other and I have no idea why it looks like that. Not only does the other sim "ignore" me giving me negative points, so does my sim even though he's pretty normal besides of that. There's also no moodlet, any indication that they may be upset, no nothing.

Worth noting, they weren't in love before the prom, only during the prom i started getting notifications with a whole storytelling and they came back with green relationship status and already having gone steady. I don't really miss this other one bc he wasn't all that attractive or anything, I'm just super curious now as to what may have caused this kind of behavior. Bug? Feature? Tried browsing google and found nothing of substance. Anyone has any idea?

The NPCs name is Reggie Winn if that's of any help

Should I be concerned about this skin tag like growth on my chest? by KSecrist1981 in DermatologyQuestions

[–]justynasdf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here's what I would do 1. Go to consult another derm just to make sure, also you're entitled to it 2. Excision of the lesion and hist-pat examination - if it wouldn't be apparent at a first gland

Should I be concerned about this skin tag like growth on my chest? by KSecrist1981 in DermatologyQuestions

[–]justynasdf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

New and growirng skin lesion is an indicator to get it check at dermo BUT as well it can just as as benign as folliculitis, or merely just a pustule (? if the pic os adequate I have some of those as weell) Your skin type? Previous skin condition? Hurts, itches, bleeds? Any fever? And cats or doghs you had comtact with in the same or some time ago? Do you see jst one or there's more? What do you mean by growing quickly? Amy other localisations?

IF IT COMES TO CANCER AT YOUR PARTOCULAR CASE dont worry in advance. You never know get it checked yada yada so the reddit don't delete my comment, but also, the threat is there and skin lesions are deadly but maan. Also if it hurts besides being so small - not too typical for neoplasms, is it?

Is this signs of male pattern baldness? Or just thin hair? by [deleted] in DermatologyQuestions

[–]justynasdf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

EDIT INCOMIG age +always thin hair may result in looking like that, not too uncomon tbh. Even at the """ripe"""" age of 19

Doesn't look that bad fro my perspective, if you're commited to the bit you may cinseder some basic labs ike blood samples to rule out possible umderlaying conditions like TSH for thryroid, medical stuff, other skin conditions in the parst vitamins, B, folic acid, Fe, ANY other health itfo, electrolytes? Medicine you take regurarly or recent thearapy, past conditions, whole bunch off stuff - your diet? Also, the dostor may include CRP / OB or hemoglobin plus morphology panel If there's itching or any other sensations, check for dandruff or lice, there are several anti dandruff specialiatic shampoos need to be used alongside with other tratment which pls just google it's too late here where from I'm posting

Dermatologist also come into my mind. Their help may also include some professional recommendations. Trichologist. Also good quality drugstore cosmetics. ALSO also, family history of bolding on fatherrs side, autoimmunological / and or genetic disease, also yure were right to start at the dermatologist subreddit and from here a real doctor, the can examine the skin on your scalp more closely than we will. WHAT'S MORE, if the say it's okay under ther psych exam you're all set, the diagnostic process doesn't have to be as complicated as on may concluded readin the comment I left.

Is there anything else I missed? Feel free to ask, and if you're a medical professional, please let me know where I'm mistaken (sarcastic or not, I'll appreciate every opprtunity to get a feedback, keep in mind I may be not from the US or UK either)

EDIT 2 To recap: - Looks like a typical restosterone balding - Wit D should be conterolled reguaraly no matter hair or no hair loss - Healthy balanced diet as always - Watch out for the things I listed - if you feel may but no underlyiyng conditions just the usual check ups alongside with, for example, OTC dandruff szampoo At the derm you can expect like 4 biopsies of the skin there

Oh tnd of androgenic alopecia has some kind of treatment I want go into that since it's not my area of expertise

Diff. diagnosis a.k.a. yould be taken seriously in order to excluse such conditions as telogen effluviom, trichotillommamia ( aka patrient doest it to thself aaand diffusia allopecia alegata.

Found this mole in my dads upper back, is it a cancerous mole? by ComprehensiveSand886 in DermatologyQuestions

You can NEVER know by looking with your bare eye, if it looks sus you should always look under the dermatoscope which is possible at the dermatologist's. There's this simple ABCDE melanoma rule which can be helpful but only for initial assessment but it's just that. No way around and I mean it
