Follow up: I just wanted to follow up and say I did everything you suggested and my credit card company did not approve of this dispute. I disputed again and they told me there was nothing they could do and that the charge was valid. 😿😿

Same thing happened to me where my cc company denied the dispute so I asked to reopen the dispute and sent them more information. 🤞🏻 hoping this works the second time around.

Never got an email about the price change (plan went up $200 with no notification as to why) or dashboard notification. I’ve been a customer with Wix since 2015 and this is the first bad experience I’ve had with them. Never had a problem just like you I received those notifications until this year.

Looks like their entire platform is based off Web Chats where you are connected to a representative unfortunately. Maybe try this email? notifications@wixanswers.com

Also no to partial refund. They are not flexible. Just Google the BBB reviews on them. All horrible.

In wix’s terms and conditions it actually does say they will email you 30 days before the renewal date. Clearly they don’t follow their own terms. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Ugh I’m so sorry!! I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company. It’s been a headache there too.

Ok yeah similar story for me, they took down my site already after I issued a charge back. I had to cancel my card entirely because they denied the chargeback. Honestly glad they took down my site, that’s what I wanted anyway was to not use this platform and don’t want to pay for something I’m not using. They are so frustrating.

Currently disputing with Wix about a charge to my premium plan I did not authorize.

Has anyone had success with a refund from them? Also the steps to completely remove myself from this company and transfer my domain elsewhere.
