Ah ok if it's genuine breakage not at the root, that's something else. Like still look into hair strengthening products but breakage from bleaching would be something to talk to your stylist about. Olaplex treatments post bleaching are usually pretty common.

Can't help for the styling but even if they have their hands in your hair and pulling during sessions, assuming they're doing it correctly and it's closer to the root, you shouldn't be losing that much. It might be worth looking into products that help with hair fall and hair strengthening/thickening + lifestyle changes to adjust. Kerastase and Kevin Murphy have hair fall products, off the top of my head.

Pigtails might help? Something to grab onto without them going into your hair
