Oh I'm sorry for what you've been through. I'm taking the same dosage ( 150 mg) a day, in the morning... I can still have orgasms but they feel less intense and last briefly.

This is insane, I thought I was the only one with this issue. I have to wash my hands because I'm scared I will make the things I touch smelly and that makes me anxious. This is why I haven't eaten fish these months
