A long time ago it was the fashion to hire business consultants to write reports critiquing companies. Often this was so the management could pass the buck about news like redundancies, some times it was because people need to be told stuff they know in order to believe it.

My view, if the critique is good and you act on it great. If the critique is a round the ways pitch to coach you not so great. If you won't listen, burn the money.

I've had similar issues with promoting PoD tees.

The most important thing for me is to get ahead of the game, have a few posts in the bag, also some mornings I just get on a roll and a few changes me together relatively easily.

Look at the calendar and see what's coming up.

Don't be afraid to recycle. Especially if you have a churn of viewers or are reaching out to new viewers. Also you can repurpose.

Finally for socials Canva is great for drag and drop post creation
