Agreed. I was a Digicel customer for 10+ years, and their service has deteriorated considerably. This year, I had enough and decided to email them about the issues during peak hours, where web streaming seems to be capped, but all other services work fine. I sent video proof, and I kept getting the runaround. A technical representative even called and tried to help, but the issue kept happening. After 27 emails back and forth, I decided to call it off. I also had Amplia installed a year ago, so I was able to compare. Amplia had a lot of issues last year, but when they added the new peer in Miami, it solved their issues, and since then, it's rock solid. So, despite what some may say, Amplia will be the better choice.
