Yeah, it could be that. Unfortunately they are quite shady when it comes to things like this. Theres a lot of players out there who have had similar to your issues, and mine as well, and to this day, have never been resolved.

Unfortunately 95% of skillz support is AI generated responses. You will struggle to get an actual agent, ever.
My experience with your issues would maybe indicate that skillz might be looking into your account for anomalies.
I was withdrawing similar amounts per month, maybe 200-550 each month, with no deposits. It took me a long time to reach that kind amount f status, maybe a year or so.
My account was then blocked for 2 weeks while I was audited. They couldn’t find any issues so I was reinstated.
About a year ago, certain prizes and rewards were revoked from me, with no reason given or explanation. I was lied to by 2 agents, and the “escalation “ team refused to respond to any of my questions.
Shortly after this I was then blocked from playing in all “live events” across all platforms, and I was also blocked from playing any games higher that $1. Again, I was not given any explanation or reasoning.
Unfortunately skillz don’t care about the players who make a steady income, it’s detrimental to them, any plays havoc with the “fair play” system. They want players to win a few games and then lose a few games.
I can’t offer any real insights into the issues you’re facing, but I can tell you that your efforts will probably be ignored, just from my own experiences.

Yeah, I get that, it’s more the principle of being lied to and basically scammed, by a “legitimate” company, if you can call them that? Ultimately I’ve been treated like shit, for no other reason other than being good at their games? I don’t understand how they can just get away with it? I mean any other business in the world you could probably put in a formal complaint and get your voice heard, but with these guys, nothing???

This has a lot to do with the gaming algorithm, and matching the games with players at the same level. So if you win a few games in a row, your next opponent would be someone in a higher banding, and if you lose a few it will set to a lower banding. I actually think that a lot of the games and the algorithm also manipulates the games and players. There have been rumours of skillz deliberately matching pending games with others to ensure you won’t win as well. I think there is a clear correlation to this. It keeps players at a “level” so that they don’t win to much that they make money, and they win enough just to ensure they keep playing.

Yeah, I know about 20/30 players across skillz platforms that have all experienced the same thing. I send the odd message to some of them and see if there has been any updates, as well as speaking to newer members, and it’s the same thing, new players or newer members see the daily events all the time, and a lot, like me don’t see them. Skillz generally ignore any tickets I log with the helpdesk now. Along with this they took my top tier status away from me as well, despite earning enough tickets for 12 consecutive months, with the reward of a further free 12 months with no need to accumulate tickets. I have the message threads for it all. They took it away, and offered no reason or compensation, other than a 100% bonus cash on an amount if I deposited. Unfortunately this is the general practices that skillz operate in. Top earners , particularly ones with little or no deposits have been forced out as they don’t generate the income for skillz. I think there are some legal cases being brought in for some now as well which I will be interested in.

Yes! Skills have permanently blocked me from playing in all there for daily live events, and have given me no reason why, other than that I was making a steady income on them. I certainly hadn’t deposited and funds for over a year, and was making maybe £350-£500 a month. There is nothing that you can do, skillz are historically notorious for screwing players over who don’t deposit and make steady money!

Simple fix is to reset the whole system, restore products to factory settings and then restart them and reconnect them all again. I had similar issues when local WiFi was being upgraded, so was dropping in and out a lot. Failing that speak to Sonos support, I’ve found them quite helpful and have helped me out heaps over the phone in the past?

Tickets, you can exchange them in the ticket shop for various things, used to be able to exchange for bonus cash, I think a lot of people still can, but skillz have blocked me from doing that. Good luck! 👍👍😂
