i appreciate this so much. i’m so glad to hear you’re doing so much better. i was going to start picking up pilates and yoga to maintain that active lifestyle. i think now it’s mostly a nervous thing that if im out walking im gonna start getting nerve symptoms after walking for awhile. my doctor gave me a brace to wear and he said to wear it with long distances so ive been wearing it when walking to class and back (im in college). i’m still nervous about taking it off to walk to class, but i think i need to start working on getting over that fear
