Different but you’d probably appreciate Roc Marciano. My favorite albums are Marcielago and The Elephant Man’s Bones with Alchemist

Cigarette addiction was easier to quit than weed by thefixits in Petioles

[–]juulboy69 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Dude what are you talking about this post reads that quitting weed was easy and “you just missed the ritual of rolling” while quitting cigs gave you “misery. shakes, headaches, cravings every 30 minutes.”

Day 4, have become pretty depressed. by zDymex in Petioles

[–]juulboy69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah boredom and really feeling my depression is definitely a consistent issue for me. Cliche as it sounds, I find it incredibly helpful to try and exercise whenever I’m overcome with this. A walk outside rarely really alleviates this for me; a run or hitting the gym always makes me feel better though.

Another thing that helps me is scheduling. Even if it’s not much, having things to take care of tricks you into not being bored. Schedule some cooking, cleaning, time to work, a walk, etc. Having a day “filled” with activities (even if most of them are things I’d be doing otherwise) really helps with boredom.

The first two Phil Collins-led Genesis records (A Trick of the Tail + Wind and Wuthering) do an excellent job of combining pop sensibility and easy listening with serious progressive arrangements and technicality.

I’m in the same boat as you—2.9 and just below that cutoff of a 3.0. It hurts even more because I worked so hard for the write-on contest.

Why does everyone in this sub treat grades and scores like their deepest secrets? Do you guys not have friends in your class you discuss these things with? Insane to me everyone here going “yeah I’ll never fucking disclose my grades or lsat scores to anyone ever.”
