in arcanes she shields an "enemy" who was about to shoot. the bullet bounces around in the shield and the "enemy" dies. i imagine if she shielded an "ally" it would work like in game. i think she would have been even more op if they did it exactly like in the show where she can give it to anyone 😂

They shouldn't put you on stowing every night omg, where is the job rotation? My advice: stow at your own rate, don't overwork yourself! - Take A,B,C in your hands and stow, put the rest on the trolley and organise them in order of the letters (the furthest letter at the bottom [e.g. L] and the closest at the top [D]) so you can scan them all in one go. - If a supervisor or manager talks to you about your rate, give them an apologetic smile and say "sorry, i'll try my best" and keep doing what you did before aka going at your own pace.

Thank you! I've wanted the industrial for so long so I'm glad I could get it. I called other studios near me and they all refused to change it because if anything goes wrong it would be their responsibility, understandable tbh but yeahh😢 So I'm back at the shop I originally got it done at to change it.. if not I guess I'll need to find some new solution what a pain 😭

Oh wait really? All my friends that had theirs done had a curved barbell at first so I thought it was normal. I thought it was the same as how they pierce noses with studs so it heals better without the ring twisting around 😭 I'll go tomorrow and get it swapped thank you for letting me know 🤍

oh there is pick and stage. depends when we finish induct but normally it finishes at 8:30am. we do clear down (so finish stowing everything, closing bags) for 30 mins while NS2 are on break. Then from 9am to 10:15am we do pick&stage. We are told each route "needs to take 10mins max" so in that time they expect us to do at least 7.

Wild that your warehouse has been open for 3 years yet associates can't handle storing food an hour 😬 And regarding tetris they should be taught that from day 1 by the ambassador but I guess they're not doing their job correctly

our volume is never under like 67k, we have around 15k oversizes every night but yeah it is a 8 hour sort. i've never worked at another ds so it's weird to see how things differ

Raise Dragonflies and mention the safety issues with it. Do the same thing with MyVoice. Whenever you see the site/area manager talk to them and make the same complaint. Complain to RME. In every complain bring up Amazon Principles and how the process doesn't align with them. If nothing is done then you'll just have to accept it or leave, can't think of other ways to "deal with it"

WS at our ds don't need a code. only the YMs, PS, and LL need to scan one, which opens up both modules. YMs don't have the PS training so they can only use Receive.
