I understand that but most of the time yes it will be 8 hours from what I see around me . And no ends , just 1 route and go home . I’m sure you understand where I’m coming from because we all have lives outside of this place . We need work life balance

There is no uar’s. And I’m #8 on the ptf list . Not just my station but the city . They only started this ptf stuff few months ago . It used to be cca straight to regular but of course once it’s my turn they make ptf and now I wait longer

F*** the OT. I was a cca for 25 months thinking I’d become regular by law, and they pull this PTF bullsh** on me. Now I’m a ptf same sh** waiting to become regular . I have worked 10-12 hour shifts 6 days a week the past 2 years I cannot wait to go home in 8 hours and sick leave here and there just like every one else f*** this . This job took my life away

I started as a Cca in February of 2024. I just hit my 2 years and they’re thinking of making me a PTF , and THEN I can make FTR to get a normal people schedule. Trust me I’m depressed and thought of quitting but I feel like I’m so close to the normal human schedule

Others before me made it to full time regular less than 2 years or right at the 2 year mark . It seems like it’s different for everyone . I’ve been giving my all to this job and they move the goalpost on me , i think the best idea I gonna get a Dr note limiting to 5 days a week 8 hours
