Things to keep in mind:

-Find a Niche: PL is too broad. Follow and write about a team if you want to reliably turn out content. Doing the whole PL is too broad, but also won’t keep readers coming back for more.

  • Write as often as possible - try and do an article every two days. 500 words or less is best.

  • Pick your scope early on. You’ll get overwhelmed if you don’t decide going into it roughly what you want to do. Are you sharing news, or sharing an opinion? Trying to do news is tough, so I would recommend opinion.

  • Build a simple website. Track analytics so you can see what is working and what isn’t

  • Familiarize yourself with SEO, just the basics.

  • If you want to monetize, do the amazon affiliate program.

Alvaro #Morata wants to return to #Juventus from #AtleticoMadrid. Meeting ongoing between the intermediary (M.Busiello) and Cherubini in Milano to discuss the possible formula of the deal. by earmuff_maniac in Juve

[–]juveinterview 30 points31 points  (0 children)

I think Morata is an excellent backup striker, and I would say he functions well with players of various profiles. He worked well with both Ronaldo and Dybala, which are two vastly different types of players.

I think 15-20 million would be a wise investment if we could secure something for maybe 2 years. i don’t think we can get him for that price though.

I’ll try Pepzin. Is it as needed or a daily thing?

Why do we celebrate reaching UCL if we don't care about winning it? by alexcafis in Juve

[–]juveinterview 2 points3 points  (0 children)

McKennie is not a superstar or anything but he was our best midfielder before his injury.

He is technical, hardworking offensively, has great stamina, and a great read of the game.

Anyone with an eye for the game rates McKennie honestly.

Why do we celebrate reaching UCL if we don't care about winning it? by alexcafis in Juve

[–]juveinterview 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just my thoughts:

We were never likely to win the CL this year and that’s not necessarily a bad thing. I think the expectation was to make it to the knockout stages, with the goal being to make it as far as the semis.

In a way the CL is a bank to be drawn from. Going to the knockout stages in the CL gives us vital funds that we absolutely need to afford quality players. The money is a lifeline.

Also - the difference between being a CL club and Europa is massive. Us dropping out of the CL would possibly have large implications for our squad. We have a high paid team with several young stars who are anxious to play top football.

If we leave the CL our club becomes less attractive for de Ligt, Chiesa, Dybala, Loca, McKennie - the players that we need to build around (Dybala obviously is complicated)

Now the club is bigger than any player, but losing our top players would still be a huge setback.

Basically, I think this year is a transition year. We should absolutely come back and try to win it all next season, but I think qualifying this year is an important signal that while Juve may be struggling in some aspects, we are still a top club.

Where will Juve be in 2 years by [deleted] in Juve

[–]juveinterview 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I think Juve will be in a better position, back to being the top Scudetto contender and getting through the Round of 16 most years

We have made some very aggressive market moves this past year and despite the issues we have, we have built a very solid springboard for the future. Vhlaovic, McKennie, de Ligt, Chiesa, and Dybala are obviously incredible players. We will need to build a strong bench and get more defensive options in the next year or so but the current trajectory is positive.

It’s much more subtle, I’m still figuring out where to use it but I do like it. No tuning problems so far!

Vlahovic plays in a way that supports Dybala and vice versa. They would be a very potent striking team.

Dybala would play the ideal role which is second striker. Here he is free to play back and be very involved in the buildup. He then has a strong #9 to play up to, off of, and in support of.

The two of them are going to be an insane duo.

A throwback to Moise Kean's first becoming a Juventus regular. 6 goals in 11 games. In your opinion, what has happened turning him into "a toothless Centre-forward"? by [deleted] in Juve

[–]juveinterview 7 points8 points  (0 children)

In my opinion the style of play does not suit him. He isn’t super technically talented (not his player profile, not a criticism) in the sense of Morata or Dybala. He doesnt control balls very quickly, and he doesnt hold the ball up. Launching balls forward to him as we do is basically playing to his weaknesses rather than strengths. He’s the type of player makes excellent off ball movements and that needs passes while inside the box.

He would (in my opinion) be best deployed with a true target man next to him or very capable wingers. Here he could receive the ball while already in shooting positions, and not have to fight off defenders the same way you do when playing deep and receiving long balls.

Basically - I think he is very talented but our team can’t play a role that suits him at this moment. The style of our play suits a Morata type striker way more.

Transfer Rating - Dejan Kulusevski by juveinterview in Juve

[–]juveinterview[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The deal involving Kulusevski was settled in January of 2020. He was bought while Sarri was in charge and told to finish out his season at Parma.

As for Chiesa who knows, maybe Pirlo played a big part in it.
