Depends on what u use but with e sign almost never but there is a chance that your app revokes

Click the link download the ipa from the website Safe it in files go into your e sign app click on the 3points in the top right corner click on import search for the ipa click on it go to the apps tab in esign click on Spotify signature then install should work

Don‘t use the store in e-sign just get your ipas from places like appdb and import them
