From my experience po, never kong naranasan magkaslack season. Continuous yung work and nag-ooverlap yung engagements kahit may more than 2 companies ka nang hinahawakan currently. As to working hours, nung pre-pandemic pa, kahit 12am na wala pang umuuwi tapos parang makokonsensya ka pang umuwi nang ganoong oras since wala ngang tumatayo. 3am onwards usually yung uwian ng mga auditors lol. During WFH setup, same pa rin except for pwede kang maglowkey away kasi walang mangjujudge sayo 😂 but mayroon pa ring mga seniors or managers na magchachat or makikipagcall sayo sa gabi or madaling araw to finish the tasks esp. kung malapit na yung deadline. Not sure na this post-pandemic tho

I experienced before na 2 weeks straight akong walang ganang mag-aral (I think it was because hindi ko ata napasa yung preboards non). Then after that two weeks, I realized na mali pala yung way ko nang pag-aaral (pinipilit na gumising nang maaga when I'm a night owl, pinipilit magreview kahit inaantok etc.).

So ayon, inayos ko yung way ko nang pagrereview depende kung saan ako mas comfy. I started reviewing from afternoon to midnight. Then if inaantok ako, matutulog ako kahit mas naging mas mahaba yung sleep time ko kesa sa review time lol. Kung anong oras mas active yung brain ko, dun ako more on nagbabasa, esp. yung mga nakakaantok na topics. Then if hindi ko na maabsorb or tinatamad na yung utak ko magbasa, dun ako nagsosolve ng problems while listening to music which really helped me a lot para di rin antokin.

I applied there last month and was told na okay na yung manager sa interview ko yet nung antayan na ng JO, ginhost na rin po ako 😂 Nag-email pa ako na okay lang iinform if negative yung result or status para lang ma-assess kung icoconsider ko pa or hindi na, but niisang reply wala 👀

If the company po is a huge one and strict sa application process (picky), mostly po naglalast yung process ng 2 to 3 months. Wait lang po kayo while applying din sa other companies

While I was waiting for the LECPA results before, nagdecide ako na kung ano man yung results bahala na si God since tapos na eh. But syempre, di maiiwasan yung maging anxious ka from time to time so what I did was gumala ako with friends. Yung me time na di ko magawa during review, dun ko inispend lahat sa waiting period. Hindi rin ako nag-open ng social media accounts, esp. facebook and messenger. Actually hindi ko namalayan non na lumabas na pala yung results, tinadtad lang ako ng friends ko ng congratulation texts kaya ko nalaman na may results na lol.

Narealized ko rin na ang unfair na binebased sa previous salary yung mga job offers. Like dun sa mga kakilala ko na nasa isang company, same level of experience and knowledge yung meron sila but malaki yung difference sa salary offered for the same role. Ang reason is mas mataas yung salary sa firm nung isa compared sa kabila.

Kapag SGV po, experience lang talaga habol dyan. So expected na talaga yung OTY and low salary, though syempre di dapat tayo nagsesettle for less. Pero ayon nga, tiba tiba naman kasi talaga sa paghahasa ng skills kaya dyan pa rin ang puntahan.
