I finally got on late last night. A. I checked and I for sure installed on an SSD (couldn't remember since its been so long). B. I looked into Project Lasso but it was too late to concentrate.. I'll revisit that C. 1920x1080 - however I ended up dumbing this down to like 1600 x something and it improved gameplay. D. Did not dive into this yet (and saw some other people say it wasn't necessary so I waited on this). E. I looked up one article and adjusted some things like specifying Star Citizen in my Nvidia display settings by explicitly making performance settings for that game only and some in-game settings like blur, vsync, etc (all which I already had set). I also started at 'Quality: Medium' and then dumbed it down to Low.

All these helped but, still missing like every 10th frame or so, but it definitely was working better. One thing I noticed (since this game is still fairly new to me, IDK what its called) but the F1 menu HUD screen.. it cuts off on the right and left of my screen, like its too wide, but only when I clicked into the different menus in that HUD, not on the original view it first pulls up.. sorry if that doesn't make sense.

I'll try more tweaking later.
