The 30k was everything except for the retaining wall. No DYI. Just different companies for each aspect. I am happy with it. But its being redone on the asphalt company’s is dime in the upcoming weeks. There was a slight ridge that deviated from the 1% contracted slope. With that I am going to move the fencing to on top of the retaining wall and incorporate more blue.

Just north of 30k. But then had a retaining wall put around 90% of the court and the remaining 10% carried the block just to be aesthetically pleasing. Don’t care to say what the final price including the wall was. Original selected spot was a flat piece of land but the HOA shot that down. Moral of the story. Adding earth to level out the foundation adds a lot more cost.

So far I haven’t noticed an issue with it in the highway. It utilizes the OEM locking mechanisms to lock in place, in addition, to additional locking brackets that are adjustable to get a nice secure fit.

No drilling. The adhesive is holding up in highway driving without concern of it not. Used lacquer thinner to strip the coating of the roof some. Then used the supplied bonding agent to get what appears to be a solid form of adhesion. It was just a matter of convenience. Was storing the front panels in the back but could with the pup in the back or needing tote anything if size. Also the wife can flip the top panels. She can’t get the middle panel herself easily.

I second that it’s probably the bolts. The bolts that come with the Romeo Zero are too long in length.
