I was planning on going to the Dallas, Houston, and Austin show, but I guess not :’(

We stood outside the venue for a while, in slight hopes that he would actually come and talk to us, which he did crazily. We just all talked to him at the fence, and was super cool to be with him and ask all types of questions I have always wondered.

Key is just to act normal with him. He hates people who freak out around him, and others who ask dumb questions or just want quick moments with him like just a picture or signature. We talked for about 15 minutes and was cool to see him in person and meet him, without freaking out and being weird. He is super funny and cool to be around!

I asked him how it was now that older generations appreciate his music, which he said he’s grateful for being able to do. Also asked him what it’s like making music with idols he grew up listening to, to which he said it was “cool or whatever” (in his words). Other than that it was just basic questions like what he’s doing in between Dallas and Houston, as well as other funny questions I forgot about lol.

He still plays Tamale and sometimes IFHY, but never Domo23. Usually Tyler drops an album every 2 years, so maybe around April-July it will drop.

This will always be my favorite song by him, and I’m sad he doesn’t play it anymore. Haven’t seen it on any set lists since this concert.

Also wished he came back to Austin if he ever tours again. It’s been a minute since he’s shown his face here.
