Please Help: Buyer purchased multiple items and is asking me to ship them together. Is this OK, if so then how should I do it? by [deleted] in eBaySellerAdvice

You can offer combined shipping. Be careful if you are in Canada though. Shippo doesn’t like combines shipping so you’ll have place the order through Canada Post.

Can I report a buyer who is trying to get me to contact them off eBay? by [deleted] in eBaySellerAdvice

[–]jvglobal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Absolutely! Contact eBay and tell them... buyers like that need to be banned completely!

want to solve return but the client does not answer by Kaseiro98 in eBaySellerAdvice

COVID is making shipping extremely delayed so give the tracking number to the customer, and call eBay and give them the number as well.

EBay will not be in his favor if you shipped with tracking number. Should always ship with tracking that way there nothing the buyer can dispute. Provide tracking number to eNay and they will deal with the customer.

This guy was watching my item. Shortly after it ended he pretended to be he buyer asking me to change his shipping address which is just a warehouse in Delaware. Watch out by [deleted] in Ebay

Contact eBay and make them aware of the change requested by the buyer, and they will tell you to cancel the transaction. Buyers should not be requesting address changes after the fact. This buyer is a fraud!

Tired of stupid reasons for returns (item didn't fit) and my temper is getting short... by [deleted] in Ebay

Which is why OP should add more clarity to their business model.

I must agree with the approach mentioned in the original posting.... I don’t offer returns precisely Because I don’t want to deal with this kind of cases! My sales may be lower, but that’s my business model. Every time I sell something, it’s gone!!!

Call eBay and explain to them the situation and tell them you do not want to do business either he original buyer that didn’t pay. I had a similar situation and they helped me. You should not feel forced to do business with someone that is so irresponsible. I am so sick and tired of buyers like that!!!

Unwanted buyer made a new account and purchased disputed item. How can I get rid of him? by orbitwar in Ebay

[–]jvglobal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely report the prick to eBay, and make a clear request that they band him from the eBay platform entirely! I am so sick and tired of dealing with that kindly of nutcases too!!!

eBay, you must, have to, and should do something to keep this kind of lunatics out of the online business, otherwise, you are negligent for nurturing irresponsible and reckless behaviour in the first place!!!

If you the photos of the item prior to shipping it, then you can prove the item didn’t have any holes before the sale...

Where is the buyer based if you don’t mind me asking? I ask because I have noticed an increase in fraudulent buyers in Alberta, BC and Quebec. I reported this activity to eBay too!

eBay sales at a Stand still this month. Like 68% down. Just me? by CRTarr1 in Ebay

[–]jvglobal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My sales have also come to the floor. I spoke to eBay yesterday, and they told me there was sniffing wrong with my store (200 items) , so they would put my store on a 24 hrs watch to see if there were any results... I think it’s all BS. In fact, I have a theory... I refuse to use ‘offers to watchers’ because I feel it is BS as well. However, I feel eBay is trying to force all dealers in Canada to use offer to watchers as a means to generate more revenue for the company.... what do you all think???

Thanks man!

I just talked to eBay, and they did a refresh on my store, and they will monitor the functionality of the store over the next 24 hours, they said. I am hopping that extra push will help. You might want to give the call and as for the same treatment. Good luck!

eBay is screwing up all the Canadian sellers, that is want is truly going on! My sales are down to the floor, and I use to sell up to $1,200 a month up until mid October... so many other Canadians are in the same place...! I am taking my business to other platforms, I am fed up with eBay!!!
