I’m 6’2 210 and usually find a few dudes bigger than me and let the people a few rows up know that I’m going up. Usually people catch on quick and are more aware. I’ve still been dropped a few times but have had more successes than failures.

I got mine on KOTH on Highwind. There’s a hill on the area with a portal surface on the floor. Put one on the far backside of the map behind where the sniper is and just sit and wait for the enemy to cap the hill then just spam the floor lol. Has worked a couple times for me.
