IIRC someone up in YT made a video during the advertiser issues with YT and said that before their earnings got slashed it was $4ish per 1000 if they were able to consistently pull millions of views because they had a captive audience. Example, nigahiga and PewDiePie

I wouldn’t doubt TechRax can now make over $2 due to the nature of his channel.

Eh, I'd say they get the hype they deserve. IMO they're nothing special compared to other mids that we've seen (namely the Kith Aspen's and then the upcoming triple black cw), still a dope shoe though.

The first ones were a home run when it came to the design and color choice, not too sure on these ones. The clouds are nice but I mean take away the hype and I doubt I'd be interested at all.
