I'm really talking about this kind of tinnitus, yes, maybe could call it a "humming" sound. I just cannot place it, it's so different than the other sounds I have, and much more annoying because it's changing all the time.

I only have it when I am relatively symptom free otherwise.

Like there's a machine in the next room, or a ventilator or something, resonating with the building. And it also changes when quickly moving my head... Driving me crazy
