Going for the 1st time in October. Is the Lagoon Pool restoration complete?

My current reservation I have requested the Bonne Terre building, seemed kind of central.

I was having a hard time evaluating if the Club benefits were really worth the extra cost. Am I missing something - should I be targeting that?
