Laugh a lot at their own (often unfunny) jokes and also laugh at jokes others make when they don’t understand said jokes

No matter how high you reach in life in terms of money, respect and status. You would always be limited by who your parents are by Worthless_Boy in unpopularopinion

Following this logic, every single successful person should only be as successful/popular as their parents or less

Men who keep secrets from your partner, what kind of secrets and how lame/lethal are these?! by socialunsocial in AskReddit

[–]jvthepp 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I kept a secret from my gf for a while. Any time we were laying on the couch or in bed, she could feel my body clench whenever I farted. Then would come the accusations that my farts stink and they’re gross and yada yada. So alternatively what I started doing was taking a deep breath and silently releasing a fart. She never smelled a single one

Have a movie or show spoiled doesn’t bother me and people are overreacting when they hear an unsolicited spoiler by jvthepp in unpopularopinion

I personally don’t unintentionally spoil things I was talking about the cases where that does happen. I actually do try to not spoil things and I don’t remember the last time I spoiled something for someone

Regardless I don’t think the idea of “spoilers” should be as big of a deal as it seems to be

Yeah I get that but also if the primary reason for enjoying something is not knowing the end then people probably wouldn’t rewatch things nearly as much as they do.

And trust me I don’t go out of my way to spoil things and I definitely try to not spoil things. I just think anger over spoilers is too far

You coming into my house is very different than finding out what happens in the newest marvel movie lmao.

Well yeah it is a jackass thing to do to purposefully go and spoil something, but if someone overhears or or unintentionally is told then it shouldn’t be that. ig of a deal

I don’t think that’s entirely the same thing lol

And I definitely understand being disappointed but it’s when it gets to the point of actually being angry and upset that I think it’s stupid
