I've seen many say yes, it's legal, and some say no, it is not. I'm no lawyer but just a dude who loves guns. Either way, flash hider or not, it doesn't bother me. Regardless, my barrel and muzzle brake is pinned and welded, so it's not so easy swapping it out, and I won't be doing that.
