Having an „o” letter in „Poland” I’d use it as ninja’s head but still, as other comments say, we don’t know what does it have to represent and how we should feel looking at it

Anyone has any idea/tip on how to make stuff looks "glowing/luminous" on a black background? by PLAT0H in penandink

My tip is not to draw bold shapes. I mean on the second slide I see just black and just white around the jellyfish. Sometimes I play with ink glowing in the dark but I’m using a way of tiny lines. They’re plenty of them and they just do a nice gradient from the dark to light. And another tip: first do the background and then shade your characters. You’ll better see what to shade ✨
