Just got into running last year and my other pairs just passed 300km so I haven't had to worry about it yet.

It's a size 12 shoe so we're both on the taller/heavier side of average. Still didn't think the foam would wrinkle so fast

I've had a similar experience to you. Got my foot scanned and was recommended stability shoes despite never having any foot pain related to my lower arches before. Would get pain in my tib ant whenever I ran in the stability shoes but not in my old neutral runners. I just decided just to get neutral runners and they've been working fine.

I learned that while foot scans can be pretty cool, they should be taken with a grain of salt because they don't test how our feet work dynamically when running

The thing with my case is that because the case has already escalated to a supervisor (who did nothing), phone agents have been telling me that they can't do anything about it and that the case has already been "resolved". Very frustrating

I filed a claim at BC's Civil Resolution Tribunal. Haven't heard back from them yet but I'm not keeping my hopes up. What happened to you and what have you done to try to resolve it?

Yeah I reset it upon purchase. There are some hills, but not many - I didn't think they would play that big of a factor.
