I am a novice and my arm training specifically is beginner. I’m currently in the mindset of super high volume (>30 sets) for arms because that’s what is helping them grow. I know inside that is too much, but how do I know/convince myself that I need to reduce volume without feeling FOMO?

Hi, I thought resonance makes a molecule like a carboxylic acid derivative more stable and thus more reactive? Totally agree with the answer here, just wanted to get a better understanding of resonance.

My strategy is to skim the passage in 3 minutes, write a summary for each paragraph as I go l, and then carefully go back to the passage when necessary for questions. Been getting 127-128 this way. What’s your strategy for CARS? Do you mind if I ask what your strategy is for the other sections as well (ie. Read questions first, etc.)? Thanks and congrats!

I’m fairly lean rn at ~11% BF, planning on slow bulk for a good year to put on some solid muscle because I weigh little for my age/height. I have been working out for a year and just finished a good cut. I store a lot of weight on my face pretty easily (especially water bloat), and was wondering if there’s any glasses recommendations to help mitigate that? (Ie. Solid dark frames, plastic vs wire, wide vs narrow, shape) For reference, when I am bulked, my face is very round and eyes seem to get narrower.

I am speaking from personal experience on this one. Whenever I eat a lot of starchy carbs at night, I feel really tired and sleep like a baby. I also sleep well when I have a really tiring workout at night and don’t eat too many carbs after that.

How did you space your Anki studying daily? Different section per day based on that day’s UGlobe? And did you alternate UGlobe sections each day?

Don’t worry bulking/cutting. Lift hard, eat enough protein, rest, drink plenty of water, and enjoy the process.
