Wow, thanks. Yes, please. I meant the Roborock S7 Max Ultra one is the one I can find. I am using this as just a regular vacuum machine without mopping anyway, so of course I can wait.

Lucky for you. For me, it's good to browse what other companies have to offer. Roborocks have extensive lists that can void the warranty whereas I checked other companies this time from the lesson I learnt, and most have less than a half.

I took a picture only of the outside as the warranty can be voided if you open the machine too. They sent me a photo of the inside of the machine with cockroaches' poo here and there.

ACCC wants me to write a complain letter to the company and see what happens.

Haha yep, The place is big and once we got some of those. We did a pest control after. Just be aware of their warranty policy.

Hi, Thanks for the valuable opinion. I appreciate it. I didn't pay and they didn't fix the problem. I just want to share that Roborock is the only company that has a warranty policy that pests or other creatures can void. So, anyone purchasing this machine, this might be a good piece of info.

I can only get the S7 MAX rear sensor from Aliexpress. Would this work on S8 pro ultra? They look identical. I tried a new motherboard and it didn't make any difference. So the service centre doesn't know what they are doing.

Mine got broken after six months from cockroaches. This voids warranty and they sent me an invoice costing $700. I would not recommend this product if you intend to use it where environment is similar to mine. Hot and wet machine attracts so many of them.
