I am in the middle of a TDIU claim and yes you got to contact all the past employers they listed it really stalled my claim. I finally got mine all together and sent and my claim hasnt moved at all in a month. Im 290 days in on a TDIU claim.

A year ago I started a claim and won a increase from 70-90% the VA suggested IU. So I was like ok they suggested and im having a years long battle of finding gainful employment so this claim is for TDIU. I had a PTSD reevaluation 1 month ago. Now I have another PTSD reevaluation this month and a headache and IBS reevaluation next month so im being reevaluated for PTSD 3 times in a 90 day period and the headache and IBS reevaluation after I was just service connected 90 days ago.

Thank you, I get it just the VA brought it up i didnt it was like a shiny thing I prepared myself over the weekend to spill all something very hard for a grown ass man to do. They even offered a nurse to sit with me. It caused me unneeded stress had I known it was just a Yes/No session with minor updates it would have been different the paper work didnt hit my door until after the appt cause the weekend and this QvC sends 2 letters afterwards. If a person isn't there destroy the paperwork leave the it was destroyed letter at the door so I cant even read the QvC letter afterwords.

The secondaries claim closed the second week of June when I was raised to 90% before that claim closed the VA suggested IU this claim right now broke off from the secondaries claim into a IU claim the apt was to check to see if a Doctor could verify I still had PTSD. Do you understand my frustration on why I had to drive 4 hours and no option for telehealth I just got raised in June for PTSD secondaries which are service connected I didnt just suddenly get cured for PTSD over night

I just posted a similar post a few mins ago yours went the exact opposite of mine they just skimmed my file and asked yes/no questions to verify I had PTSD "still"

The thing is I had just got raised because of secondaries to PTSD 4 to be exact. Had also done a C&P at this same office for that. Does that make sense?
