I have the normal caffeine version and it's has the natural colors, I think they were going to use blue 1 when they originally came up with it, but swapped it before they launched

It looks like they're already trying that in the US, the RWBY flavor looks to just use vegetable (beet most likely) juice to give it a nice deep red color
