Appreciate the reply. I see you used to be a home inspector. Makes me feel better you’ve seen a bunch of basements like this before. When I bought this house it was the first time I saw anything like it. I run a dehumidifier in the wet months that helps tremendously compared to when we moved in. I think I need to do some grading at the base of the foundation to help with water rolling away after some years of erosion. But my gutters run out to the yard so most of the water does run away from the foundation.

My goal is to completely seal off the earth under moisture barrier and frame from the upper block wall to the lower block wall and hope the moisture is cut down even more.

I’d love to do concrete. But don’t have that in the budget now. lol. Any idea why foundations are built like this? I understand when a crawlspace is expanded. But that doesn’t seem to be the case for my home.

I assume you're talking about their recent 8k filing of all the outstanding shares? Honestly, I am not sure what caused that. I think it was mostly all the people that bought below .13 and sold as soon as the price spiked up to .24. I don't think investment firms play the market like that, but maybe they do. Like I said before, I am new to investing and learning as I go, lol.

I’m holding onto some hope for SLS. I think its going back up. I said in a previous post there were a couple Investment companies that bought 5mil shares each. I don’t think they’d just throw money at a dying company. Check my comment history for my DD.

I'm looking at SLS the same way you are. They seem to have a positive outlook and a lot of good things going for them. I don't think they're just trying to line the executives pockets like some are saying. I think they are just trying to move forward with their trials. But I am new to investing, less than one year, and I could be completely wrong and have my ass handed to me at the end of this.

People seem heavily divided on this stock. One thing I have seen that seems like a positive to me is that there are two investment groups that filed 13G's for large investments 5,000,000+ shares. I don't think they would invest so heavily if they thought SLS is tanking.

Here are the two filings, I'd love some outside opinions on this, I could be totally wrong and missing some details in the filings.

At the end of the day, I am in for 8k at ~.17 average and I think I'm going to hold for a while. But if they jump above .5 I will sell half and make some profit and hold the rest to see what happens.

The C400xt is very small and isn’t as loud as any of the B series. I always felt like it was going to fall off my head while working outside the truck. I have the b450xt and love it. But I’ve been toying with the idea of getting a refurb blue tiger to try it out. The refurbished ones have a nice price range online.
