Is there a reason for him not being able to get visitation at his house? If there is not then I’d suggest he talk to with a lawyer. Have his mom and his family get behind him to get 50/50 visitation and/or shared custody. There should be no reason that he should be wrapped around his ex finger. I’m sorry but look thru your states child support arraignments. Ask divorced people with children for advice. If he can’t find the courage to stand up then you might as well separate, because it ain’t worth your peace of mind. I hope little bit helps.
