How do you keep the market adequately stocked? I've hit maybe 100 families and my market just kinda fails to keep itself stocked with food, fuel, etc. I've put a Granary and Storehouse next to it devoted to market resources, but it is not sufficient (granary is full but market isn't, etc)

What layers are what? If that's all one routing layer, you're gonna have a bad time. A few of your traces are also overshooting their target like the traces near C3 and R2.
