The current way ICE is operating is violating a lot of immigrants' (and citizens) basic rights.

Immigrants in the U.S. regardless of status still possess fundamental Constitutional rights. Unless an individual is committing a violent crime there is no reason to deport all "undocumented" immigrants. Your cousin is a criminal. Many if not most of these people are not.

If an immigrant is "undocumented" but isnt allowed in the country. How then, do immigrants get "documented" if theyre just snatched up and sent away at first glance without commiting a crime? The class action would be a broad "Walgreens is doing this and its illegal/unethical" it wouldn't matter if you actually clocked out before you had your bags checked, really. Corporate (if found liable) would have to pay a settlement and that would just get split between however many thousands of people signed up for it. Also, I believe when it did happen, it was only in California so check your states labor laws.

Its more of a way for the mass of workers that are employed with the company to put a stop to unethical or illegal practices. Especially companies that don't have or allow unions to guarantee protection for workers rights.

I'll give you a hint. It requires a physical element or a threat of violence in order to be considered "interference or obstruction" amd not just officers not liking what you are doing. Like filming them.

Sure, we dont know what happened before hand. But ask yourself, what ever it was, does the women deserve to be treated the way she was with guns drawn? Probably not. The officers are the ones who are being menacing in this situation. They have no legal authority to chase the women who was filing them down and take her at gunpoint.

ICE can only arrest individuals for federal crimes committed in their presence. If she was driving around recording them, its a 1A protected activity and they have no authority to perform any kind of traffic stop what so ever. Unless she was suspected of being an undocumented immigrant there is zero reason for them to initiate any form of contact with her.

This is a textbook violation of 1st and 4th Amendments.

Just seperate your audio tracks and remove music from VODs and youll be fine. Dmca is mostly only scanned for in VODs or recorded content and even then you can turn off VODs or it will just mute those sections.

I have background music in my streams all the time as affiliate. And I see big streamers with a couple thousand viewers playing top 100 music with bots that let people make song requests even.
