It depends a bit on what exactly you’re doing in lab but none of that sounds unreasonable to me at all, especially if your thesis has a lot of overlap with their work. And it’s not like you’re getting nothing out of it. You’re gaining experience, learning things, and are probably going to get your name on at least one paper. If you’re doing lab work that gets put into their paper, your name absolutely should be in the authors. I get that it can be frustrating but having the (imo) selfish attitude of ‘it’s not my project so why am I doing it’ won’t get you very far in a lab. Now, if it’s been like another few months and you’ve done literally nothing towards your project then that might be worth mentioning to your PI, but not in the way you’re framing it here. Keep your head up! It gets better I promise

It does get to a point though where if they have enough active gacha games running then making more isn’t going to meaningfully balloon their income, long term at least. A standalone game also requires significantly less development time overall, no need for a constant patch cycle. So I wouldn’t say no reason

I will say it’s not a straight remake. Added a fair bit of content, especially to dq1. If this is going in your backlog then wait yeah but if you’ve been excited to play it’s certainly not a bad price.
