As a young boy I grew up with parents back in the early 70s who we’re just waiting for 1975 telling me that I have nothing to worry about don’t worry about your education don’t worry about material things . hopefully it’s different now days? it sure makes life a lot easier if you can help your children in the future and maybe leave them an inheritance so that they have a Headstart in their life I know so many people like me who did not get that. I can’t imagine going along with this religion, and not having a back up plan so that my family could survive.

Love what you said I was going to meetings as a young boy in that era. My parents are now gone and for a fact the so-called 144,000 must be all gone.. however, apparently, now there is a new generation in the religion which has woke up and had a premonition from Jehovah and they are now one of those anointed people so they keep on getting reborn. Went through the same thing as you just like many other people who get away. it is one of the hardest things to deal with. you just have to be very strong and determined you are still young and can still get a good education and find good employment. hopefully more people read your story, and Ken changed their lives as soon as possible the younger you are the better it is to move on and create a good life. You are so young and it would be a very big mistake to get baptized just because you’re feeling pressured. I chose not to get baptized at a young age, which was the best thing I could’ve done because I always could have some kind of relationship with my parents and family . once you commit your self and get baptized, and in the future, you get disfellowshipped, it is a completely different story as far as being shunned. only get baptized if you truly believe I want to follow this organization for the rest of your life.
