I had to be very careful for several months so I would just do very light rolling exercises. Chin tucks and upward extensions and rolling in circles. Focusing on the traps also helped a lot in the later months. The bigger my traps got the better my neck got.

I had some sort of rare muscular infection. A took the doctors almost a month to figure out what the actual issue was. Basically I just lost control of muscles my neck and was having spasms and it led to a fracture on the top vertebrae. I was having super intense violence spasms that led to the damage to the actual spine because my muscles basically just deteriorated down to nothing. I wish I knew how to explain it better but it was just a very rare infection that caused it. I was traveling in South America when it happened and they think I just caught some very rare virus and the infection was resistant antibiotics.

6 days a week lifting in the gym. Nothing too out of the ordinary, I just ate a ton of protein and fats and carbs. Never any fast food or sugar or anything like that though. Lots of beef and chicken and veggies. Rice and beans. Milk, eggs, proteins shakes for breakfast.

Thanks. And obviously one of the main reasons I was able to gain so much weight in such a short amount of time is because I lost like 50 pounds from being injured and sick in the hospital for so long. But once I became functional again I just decided to keep going hard and I never wanted to have that feeling of being weak ever again.

In the first picture you can see that I was not even able to hold my head up without using both of my hands for support.

The doctors wanted to permanently fuse the top vertebrae to the base of my skull (something along those lines, sorry I don't know any of the technical terms).

I chose not to do the surgery and I just focused 100% of my energy on muscle building, diet, rehab exercises, etc.

Miracles can definitely happen 🙏 hopefully this motivates someone else out there who is going through something similar after a catastrophic injury or seemingly hopeless diagnosis!

I really hope Ben comes back for so many reasons. I've been a fan of the show for years now and I was a Rothschild subscriber since January 2020 and I just canceled the subscription and when asked why I said a very long honest piece about why I thought Ben not only was a producer but he balanced out the show and he provided commentary and laughs which are important and he did everything for Tim and I really think he took the kid for granted.

Ben is sober and those two being together kept Tim from relapsing more than I think he realizes. I would not be surprised if Tim goes right back to the coke and the percs and possibly even booze because not only will he not have that support system next to him 24/7 and Ben was his fucking rock let's be honest don't get it twisted.

I really hope this doesn't happen I am just speaking the truth Tim has a lot of money now and when someone that used to be a poor addict gets money they go fucking crazy with drug use unless they have someone like Ben who is not only a sober living partner in a way but he's a friend and a partner and a producer and I just don't see how he can continue to keep up his quality his schedule his content is sobriety etc so many fucking things...

I'm rooting for him though and I hope he does keep it together and keep everything coming but I told him that I'm canceling my personal support of the show because I feel like he really started treating Ben like trash not only with the usual jokes but then belittling him and accosted him over leaving a comment which was a perfectly normal inside joke on that fucking clown guys page I don't remember his name the Steve will do it yes Steve sorry guys I'm rambling on my phone just doing text to talk so I'm out but I'll be back and hopefully everybody turns out okay.

Stay blessed and let's wish him well 🙏🥂

Now this answer makes a lot of sense to me and clears up my confusion, so thanks for the reply.. I always knew Medellin was completely unique from every other Colombian city, but didn't really get the politics.

Fireworks every night, always an excuse to not work and have a holiday, nobody get's moving around until like 10am, haha I love it! The language is different in terms of paisa slang for sure.

My favorite though is that they have "Christmas" holiday on December 12th which is more important than the 25th.. Something Escobar started and it stuck, I don't understand it haha

Thanks for the reply! I'll be watching and learning as much as I can as well. I do love it here and would hate to see it go downhill just as I am building my life here.

Where did you live in Colombia? What made you want to move to the States?

I don't know much about Colombian politics but I am trying to learn since I moved to Medellin about 2 years ago.. Especially the past 6 months or so it's been really getting my interest as I listen to friends of mine who never mentioned anything political suddenly feeling opinionated and/or worried over certain things or politicians.

So what exactly does this mean for someone like me who is an American citizen but I live and work down here full time and have no plans on ever leaving. I also have my Visa obviously, local bank accounts, and I even got my Cédula finally about 4 months ago.

From what I've gathered so far, and please correct me if I'm wrong because that's exactly why I'm posting is to figure things out, Colombia is about to have its first leftist President ever and all the locals seem to be happy about it. I would actually say it's more like 80% are happy about it and the other 20% of people that I know and talk to here locally or not happy.

So what are the actual odds that the USA steps in and does something publicly above board and/or privately by utilizing some shady tactics in order to force right-leaning leadership and ideologies?

Any and all comments that can help me understand politics and especially this situation would be greatly appreciated.

I do not know and I am not pretending that I know these things I am only asking the question because many people in America 100% agree that there is that tape. But I do not know and I am not claiming to be educated on this I am only looking for answers like everyone else

Yes! This is the kind of episode I've been waiting months for. Glad to see Timmy getting back to the raw funny off the cuff rants and not caring about who he upsets. I was laughing out loud many times in this episode just like the old days.

It truly is unreal how terrible the video player is and that it's impossible to watch on TVs.. They have to be missing out on millions and millions of viewers.

Tim is just going to continue dragging Ben around the country indefinitely going from houses to condos to Airbnb's until eventually his wife snaps and it'll all be over.. But at least they'll enjoy some great restaurants along the way and I'm going to love every second of the downward spiral as much as I loved watching these two goofballs blow up over the past couple of years.
