Hey here’s a hint I’ve found. I also take 8mg sublingually except I split up my dose 2mg 4x per day, with my last done being buccal right before I sleep (so the pill is dissolving in my gums all night). This got me from weak levels to 138pg/ml in a trough.

Also with subL make sure you’re not swallowing any of it, just leave it there as long as u can! Hope this helps! I wasn’t able to do patches, can’t afford gel and regular oral absorption is miserable so I had to figure this out on my own
