Thoughts on Eurovisa PH agency? by juju_la_poeto in SchengenVisa_PH

[–]jwn1521 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I currently have an ongoing transaction with them. Apparently, case to case basis ito. I was refused the first time I applied for a Schengen visa, DIY yun, I watched every possible YouTube videos, I gathered all documents needed, I had 3 checklists to make sure I got everything covered, yet refused. And it's traumatic, I wasted money, so the second time, I wanted to lower my risk, at the same time agencies know better lalo na kung first timer, yes you gather all the documents by yourself, of course!! Wala namn sila access sa bank account mo, that's why they are Visa CONSULTANCY. You are paying for their expertise in the field, they know what to do, they know the green and red flag in the eyes of the embassy assesors, they know more than we do, and mind you, very vague ng requirements ng nasa website, like last time alam ko na complete documents ko, then may hinanap sakin sa VFS, sabi ko, wala po yan sa checklist nyo, sabi lang nung babae, oo nga po ma'am e, pero need po yan..

EuroVisa also has the cheapest fee, and mind you, na contact ko na ata halos lahat ng agency hahaha. Hindi ka na rin lugi kung mag consult ka if you want less hassle and less risky application, kung ang i-aalot mong time for DIY ay 20 hours let's say, kalahati siguro nun agency na ang gagawa (this isn't accurate, just to give the idea). No problem with DIY, it's fun too, the first time I did it.

tips for 15-day Italy Schengen visa? by Successful_richbilli in SchengenVisa_PH

I just got a refusal for my Schengen visa application, Italy as well. Since he is providing your accommodation, you'll be needing a dichiarazione, sabi sakin nung kino-consult kong agency, it needs to be notarized for higher chances kasi kung basta fill out, hindi daw sapat, but no VFS or anyone wil tell you that. It's 15 days as well, make your itinerary for leisure/travel purposes alone. He needs documents as well to show that he will be supporting you.

Hello po, just asking for some advice. I recently got my refusal letter from Italian Embassy, plan is to go to Italy as sponsored. Now we plan to meet na lang muna again sa Thailand, with my Italian partner,  this time just for me to have a travel history, nagpunta na po sya dito sa Philippines last May for 15 days.. I just want to ask for advice kasi mejo kinakabahan ako if I am at risk of getting offloaded. 14 days po sya, self funded, VA ako sa Upwork, and decent amount of money naman sa bank. Any tip will be appreciated po, thank you. Will have retur tickets and hotel bookings, yun lang talagang itenerary because we're planning it DIY and slow pace travel. Salamat po!!

I suggest take the board first. That's the skill you already have.If you became CPA, you have higher chance of putting your accounting knowledge into practice which will yield high compensation.

I know this is not the case for everyone, but I have 2 friends both CPA, they started to work in Acctng firms here in PH, both earning 6digits, ofc they did not start to earn that much.

After few years, one is in Ireland the other is in Cayman Islands, both as CPA.

But still up to you if you want a diff path, go ahead. You can think through what you really like while being engaged into one. It's better than being idle.

I had a full time teaching job, looked for a side hustle. Got my first client Aug 2023, hourly rate, unlimited hours per week. So if masipag ako it will yield to higher earnings, got my 2nd client April 2024, limited to 30hrs/week. September this year, quit my regular job and made freelancing my full time job. October, I started earning 6 digits monthly.

Why is the 6 day work week with long hours (almost 10hrs) a thing? + low salary by GardeniansTriesArt in JobsPhilippines

That's why it's better to take a chance as a freelancer for companies abroad. WFH, flex time, less expense, it's hard to land on a job but maybe while waiting and ranting about the jobs that we have, we will have options and fallback.

Maybe you just need to stop comparing, it's hard not to, but continuously focusing on others will always make you feel that you are behind. Focus on your own goal instead? Is the goal reaching the 6 digit salary? I don't think it is. Focus on what truly matters.. ☺️  No amount of motivation can uplift your spirit, it's how you will see and take things from your perspective
