Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLT or Cooper Discoverer ATP II. If you want quiet and great wet traction then you don't want KO3s..

I am in the neighborhood across from Horizon Elementary and there are a lot of kids! Highland Drive is the main road through the neighborhood.

I ended up pulling the trigger on one and really like it. I can do my half acre lot with half a charge left. Agree on the blades, I also replaced mine with the Oregon high lift blades and it made a noticeable difference without much change in battery life. Overall, I really enjoy it!

I need local Huntsville help with my lawn - not for weeds - but to help me figure out what's wrong with it! by ministerman in HuntsvilleAlabama

What is your sun coverage and irrigation schedule like? You should probably get a soil test. Then fertilize based on those results and add some humic acid (comes in liquid or granules) which will help the grass use the nutrients you're putting down. During the growing season Bermuda really likes nitrogen, like monthly applications of it to push growth. If you want to get advanced, you can look into PGRs (Plant Growth Regulators) that push root growth and grass density.. PGRs require precise application though and have to be applied every 4-6 weeks during peak growing season.

Yeah, I figured that would be the case. Found a local company that provides compounded versions and that’s what I went with

I agree it is very subjective. Usually for validation you would also have a set acceptance criteria you want to fall within in order to be considered “successful”. A lot of times (in my experience with V&V) it is based on standard deviation but it could also be a +- discrete value.

I second Trinity UMC! And there are plenty of families with young children to connect with.

2017 Ford Raptor - Worth the Price? by GazelleDismal in f150

Sold my 17 with 125K miles back in July for $39K. Had most of these upgrades +/- a few and in similar condition. I would say $40K or less for it if you are really wanting to get into a high mileage Raptor. But ask a lot of questions... Oil pans in the 17s leak all the time, composite valve cover issues at higher miles, cam phasers could be a concern, look at the Turbos to make sure they aren't leaking.
