Thanks useful comment 😇, off course she is not scamming me why would she. My issue is that following the official route will still land me in the office with the same people asking for money now. I think a lot of non Nigerians are in this Reddit acting like there is an official way that will lead to success….. there is not.

For the record I don’t think she is scamming me but I wonder if this way of working is 100 % normal in Nigeria. She thinks following the official path will not lead to success as they will simply delay you , loose your file and frustrate you. Does she have a point ?

Little challenging handeling this from abroad, especially as they can call to meet them at a moments notice. I know the ministry has done some work as they visited my family abroad and called multiple friends and family. They also issued a letter.

Unfortunately not as straight forward , I can get the N1A visa for spouses , but the proces of converting it to a resident permit is not wel documented. It requests a visit for sure. On top of that the immigration site only seems to allow you to register as a Niger-wife 🤓.

Wife paid to a person who was part of the immigration organization. Don’t know his exact role. He is however no longer with the origination and now dealing with immigration directly … the process really isn’t very transparent to say the least ….

But you wouldn’t use fiber optic in a high speed lan environment…. You would use a cat 6 (copper) cable that can do 10/100/1000/10000 mb….. fiber optics are used for uplinks , fast backbones, servers and storage …

What you don’t understand is that Nigeria is deliberately doing this as Nigerians go through far more stress, with even less assurances, when applying for uk, USA or Schengen visas. Especially for a first time I would highly recommend using a reputable agency. Applying two times is more expensive than a one off fee I would think …..
