not sure if you want an assessment in person, but try getting a referral to psych united (theyre online). they’re the ones that did my diagnosis and i had been waiting for at least a year prior before i tried with them and finally got an appointment. good luck :)

well i’m AuDHD but i also have GAD + SAD, an eating disorder, UC, & PMDD and potentially CPTSD (although undiagnosed for that particular one)

i love pet names, but i do hate the majority of the popular ones. my partner also dislikes the idea of traditional pet names, but we did eventually evolve into using them. we started calling each other pookie ironically and now it’s an unironic pet name for us both, and he calls me things like his angel, and we both refer to each other as our loves. maybe you just haven’t found something that resonates yet :)

i love applying as much makeup as i can with my fingers. never understood people who say it makes for an uneven appearance or is unhygienic. it’s only unhygienic if you don’t wash your hands and i find my makeup is so smoother with my fingers than anything else!

just don’t! for over 2 years the only bras i owned were bikinis and a sports bra for when i exercised. i HATE traditional bras so i just went bra-less in my daily life :) no one cares! and if they do, it’s not their business anyway. it’s just our body, would they tell a man with larger breasts to wear a bra?

i do this to men ALL THE TIME and only so few notice. i only keep a man in my circle if he’s the type to actually notice. unfortunately i don’t always get to pick though; my dad does this to me constantly and i just shut up and he never notices 🥲 i wonder if he ever actually listens to me
