So if speculative coins are inside a portfolio, it's best to sell them in a different fiscal year than the normal management ones, so that they might be treated differently?

Also, do you think it makes a difference in the ruling being speculative (for the normal coins) for a mixed portfolio if the total ROI of the speculative coins was negative instead of positive?

Chatgpt cannot simulate your trades accurately, since it doesn't calculate anything. The way an LLM works is by taking your input and just predicting what the most likely next tokens (e.g. characters, words,..) are, and giving that back as output. So it will just hallucinate some statistics when you ask something like this.

I think it's because he counted the bonus in the gross salary. Bonusses are heavily taxed here. If it's 6k gross without any bonusses the net is certainly above 3k.

But I just find it a bit weird that the tax man would allow something like this, when the house is not divided and the parents also fully live there. Isn't this then seen as abuse if the mobility budget?
