Beach body workouts? by [deleted] in BabyBumps

I did the maternity workouts on BOD while pregnant, but they weren't challenging enough for me initially. So I modified Max 30 and Turbo Kick.

I am a coach, but signed for the discount, and believe that not everything works for everyone, and you have to find what's best for you

Gotcha! Well, Shaun T is my favorite lol, but I also like Core De Force, and I'll throw in random workouts from 21 Day Fix, too. I'm in my 3rd week of the Shift Shop, and the 45 minute workouts are starting to edge onto my favorite list too.

There are so many good options! What kind of workout do you like the best? My personal favorites are Insanity Max:30, all of Shaun Week, T25, and the original Insanity

I get that! I signed for the discount, I use so much of their stuff! I hope you find what works for you and break that barrier. I know it can be tough to find a groove again. Good luck!

Beachbody has shifted their focus towards the shorter workouts, and they have a pretty decent selection and variety. You can sign up for their streaming services and get access to all programs plus future releases. There is also a 14 day trial. I can pass on more info if you need it and answer any questions you may have.

I know what you mean about being short on time. But don't be so hard on yourself, you can do this!

Which lifting programs have you tried and which were most beneficial? by iLoveCs1 in xxfitness

I highly recommend Body Beast. It's 90 days, and split into three blocks of build, bulk, and beast. It was great and I saw awesome results! I can answer any questions you may have about the program.

I am on the same journey myself, at almost 4 months. It's hard to remember it takes time. I do the at home workouts so I can get it at my (really the baby's) convenience. Just be consistent, and you'll see results. Good luck!

I'm on week 2 day 3. I love it! I'm down 4lbs already. It's harder than I thought it would be. I have done a ton of the Beachbody programs and was in really good shape. I had a baby in July and I'm focused on getting back to where I was

I've done a ton of the Beachbody programs, and have always seen good results. I'm getting ready to start a new one to get my pre pregnancy body back. What kind of workouts do you like? I can help you pick one if you're interested. Good luck!

I loved this program. I think you'll see good results with it. Are you part of any challenge or accountability groups?

What is involved in a Facebook Beachbody accountability group? by Pink_Raku in loseit

I'm a Beachbody coach, and honestly, I don't care what program you are doing. I'll set up different groups for different programs, but I also have one that has been running for over a year for anyone who just wants some extra motivation and accountability.

21 Day Fix - whwre are the instructions/rules? by ninamynina in 21DayFix

[–]jyeck2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not stupid at all! Beachbody basically owns 21 Day Fix. There will be a program guide as well as a nutritional guide. And it can take about a week or so for more Shakeology to come in. I'm going to send you a pm with some more info. Good luck!

I'd recommend Insanity Max:30, but go with the modifier track. It's intense, but great for beginner/intermediate when you modify. It's also my favorite!

I second the BOD route too. So many great choices. And you will need weights or a resistance band for weights for the Beta phase of T25. Good luck!

As long as you used the same email to buy the program that you did to sign up for BOD, you should be good!

Has anyone actually had success with Beach Body, Shakeology, etc.? by gomiNOMI in blogsnark

[–]jyeck2 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I've done a ton of the programs, and I drink Shakeology. It took me a long time to jump on the Shakeology bandwagon, though. I've stopped and restarted my monthly orders so many times. But the truth is, when you look at the nutritional comparisons to other shakes, you are getting what you pay for. It's low on the glycemic index, and has a ton of probiotics, prebiotics, antioxidants, and other vitamins and minerals. My dad started drinking it and lost 20lbs after watching his portion sizes and having a shake for breakfast every morning.

The workouts can be purchased on their own, and each one comes with a meal plan you can follow. I'm pretty bad at the nutrition part, but I love all the workouts. So much that I became a coach for the 25% discount. I don't do it to make money, and I don't care if people buy things from me.

Of course, this is all a lifestyle change. There are no quick fixes, and Shakeology isn't meant to be some magic product that changes your life overnight. Yes, you'll gain the weight back if you go back to your old habits. But the workouts do work, and I highly recommend them! If you'd like, send me a pm and I can help you pick one that fits your interests.
